Aside from our extensive array of training courses, Riklan also offer an exclusive safety labour hire service which includes the provision of Workplace Auditors, Emergency Services Officers, Confined Space Sentries, Safety Advisors, Drug & Acohol Testers, Rope Access Techinicans and ER Coordinators to assist with your short to medium or even long term requirements.
In addition to our safety labour hire service, we have recently expanded into sourcing Truck Drivers, Operators and General Labourers.

Ali has lived and worked in the Goldfields for over two decades. Her career spans financial, human resources, management and executive roles in a number of different industries. Prior to joining Riklan in 2013, she held an executive position with the Kalgoorlie Boulder Chamber of Commerce.
Ali is the driving force behind our successful Sentry division which she established in 2014. She also supervises our RTO and Administrative team and travels regularly between our Kalgoorlie and Perth training centres.
She brings with her a diverse background in business management, finance, human resources, business development, recruitment/labour hire as well as marketing. This positions Ali to be able to offer valuable support and guidance to all areas of Riklan’s business and operations, ensuring efficient and effective training delivery.
