The RTO Manager has been appointed as the Management Representative for the purposes of the Quality Management System. The Management Representative has the full support of RIKLAN Emergency Management Services Pty Ltd to establish, implement and maintain the Quality Management System in accordance with this Quality Manual, ISO 9001 : 2016 and other applicable Regulations, Standards and Guidance.
Although the Chief Executive Officer has ultimate responsibility for Quality, all employees have a responsibility within their own areas of work to help ensure that Quality is embedded within the whole of the company.
The Quality Policy will be reviewed on an annual basis.

Riklan have a shiny, brand new, gas aviation firefighting apparatus at our Perth training centre and we are ready to commence offering Aviation Fire Fighting courses (General and Specialist) in collaboration with one of the worlds leading Aviation Fire Specialists.
Olivia a.k.a. Liv, joined the RIKLAN team early June to have a fresh start in a brand new industry! She has quickly established herself as an integral member of our team as she (wo)-mans the front line of our business! Liv is highly organised, super conscientious and she loves the daily challenges which are thrown her way!
Born in New Zealand, Liv moved to Kalgoorlie in 2009 where she completed her schooling and developed a passion for health and fitness before embarking on a 3 year career as a lifeguard and duty manager at our local recreation centre – The Oasis.
A ball of energy, Liv is currently completing her Cert IV in Fitness and it goes without saying that she certainly keeps us all on out toes here at Riklan and second guessing our “Fast Food Friday” lunch choices!
Jade joined the team in June 2020 as our Labour Hire Coordinator.
Fresh from the East Coast, Jade brings to Riklan an optimistic attitude and is driven to accomplish any challenge she is faced with. With her career background in the education sector, it has equipped her with the organisation and time management skills this role demands.
When she isn’t chained to her desk at Riklan, you can find Jade and her family enjoying all of the amazing outdoor activities the Goldfields has to offer, such as 4 Wheel Driving and Camping.
Because you gotta have Faith, Faith, Faith ….
Faith joined our team in June 2020. Born and raised in South Africa, she moved to Scotland in 2007 before immigrating to Australia in 2012.
Faith and her family love the outback lifestyle Kalgoorlie has to offer and will not be trying out any other countries anytime soon!
Faith has a passion for organisation and brings with her many years of administration experience. Before joining the Riklan team, Faith had worked in several different industries throughout her career which began in South Africa where she completed her Diploma in Architecture in 1995.
They say good things come in small packages and Kristy is testament to that statement! Kristy joined us in September 2019 in the Finance role and brings with her a high level of organisation, motivation and a wicked sense of humour!
Possibly THE most pampered person in our office, Kristy’s desk is full of trinkets because we all know who to please when it comes to the most important day of the week – PAY DAY.
Lynda joined RIKLAN as our RTO Manager in November 2019 to manage the day to day compliance associated with running an RTO. She has vast experience in business management which includes 12 years working as an office manager for another Registered Training Organisation within the safety training industry which makes her the perfect fit to our RIKLAN family.
Lynda has wide ranging experience in office management including human resources, staff recruitment, marketing, tender compilation, accounts receivable/payable, fleet and asset management. She also has extensive experience in Quality Management, specifically ISO9001 : 2008.
Prior to working in the safety training industry, Lynda worked in the energy supply industry in Victoria and WA.
Originally from Victoria, Lynda has made Perth her home since 1990.
Andy joined RIKLAN in October 2019 and has an extensive range of skills, Safety Training, Operations experience that spans fifteen (15) years across the Rope Access Operations, OHS Auditing processes, Vocational Education and Training Mining Maintenance, Construction, offshore, utilities, Military International government sectors.
Andy brings with him a particular specialty in rope access being a L2 IRATA and L3 SPRAT rope technician and we look forward to having him share this wealth of knowledge with our Clients.
RIKLAN is now a Department of Transport approved Heavy Rigid assessor offering a nationally accredited pathway for you to complete your licence requirements. This involves the completion of a nationally endorsed unit of competency: TLIC3004 Drive Heavy Rigid Vehicle.
Our partnership with the Department of Transport means at the completion of your training we are also authorised to conduct the practical drivers assessment (PDA) or licence test In-House which is conducted by an approved RIKLAN Assessor.
