| Description | This course will give students the relevant skills and knowledge to contain small workplace emergencies such as a chemical spill that can be controlled using workplace personal protective clothing and equipment, and a small spill kit. |

| Entry Requirements | Students must wear enclosed shoes |

| Assessment Requirements | Students who are deemed competent will receive a Statement of Attainment recognised under the Australian Qualifications Framework. This certification is nationally recognised. The Statement is issued by Riklan Emergency Management Services (RTO 51994) |

| Delivery Mode | Face to face and practical hands-on training conducted by an experienced Emergency Services instructor with strong knowledge of relevant legislation and Australian Standards. |

| Notes | If you are a new or continuing student undertaking nationally recognised training, you need a USI in order to receive your qualification or statement of attainment for this unit. |
