This course provides participants with the training skills and knowledge to perform rescue procedures from live low voltage (LV) apparatus, not including overhead lines and underground cables, in the work place. It specifies the mandatory requirements of rescue from a live LV panel and how they apply in the context of transmission, distribution and rail work functions. It encompasses responsibilities for health, safety and risk management processes at all operative levels and the adherence to safety practices as part of the normal way of doing work.

Health and Safety Representatives Refresher
Our one‑day HSR Refresher Training keeps Health and Safety Representatives up to date with their responsibilities, WHS legislation changes, and practical skills. Designed for HSRs who have completed the initial five‑day course, this annual refresher covers key duties, recent WHS updates, and hands‑on, activity‑based learning. Participants review their role, share experiences, and strengthen their confidence in representing their work group and supporting a safer workplace.
HSRs in Western Australia are entitled to attend this one day refresher course every twelve months, commencing one year after the initial five day course has been completed (as per the Work Health and Safety (General) Regulation 2022).
Closed Circuit Breathing Apparatus & Underground Search and Rescue
This course reflects the participants’ skills and knowledge to operate in a self-contained regenerative oxygen breathing apparatus, respond to mine incidents, establish and operate from a fresh air base, to conduct underground searches, and covers the preparation and minor servicing of equipment used to respond to emergency situations.
For corporate bookings, we customise the training to the breathing apparatus used at your site whether that is the Draeger BG4, ProAir or BioPak, ensuring participants receive training that is directly relevant to their operational environment. Our public courses are delivered using the Draeger BG4 breathing apparatus however, participants are welcome to bring along their company’s preferred breathing apparatus set, where available, to gain hands-on experience with the equipment they use in the workplace.
4WD & Defensive Driving 2 Day
This course aims to ensure that people required to operate a 4WD vehicle during the course of their employment are able to safely operate the vehicle, apply environmental management techniques, participate in vehicle recovery techniques and ensure the safety of themselves, passengers, other road users and pedestrians.
Operate a Forklift – 2 Day – Introductory
This course will equip inexperienced students with the skills and knowledge to safely operate a forklift truck in order to attain the relevant High Risk Work Licence. Your training will include hazard identification and control measures, driving the forklift to fulfil operational requirements, monitoring and maintaining forklift performance, pre-start and post-operational checks and procedures & onsite communication methods.
Health and Safety Representatives
This course will provide participants with information and skills that will assist HSRs to carry out their role and functions under the WHS legislation including:
an understanding of the new WHS legislation
an understanding of how it applies to their role as elected HSRs and deputy HSRs
the knowledge and skills necessary to use their additional powers under the WHS legislation to issue PINs and direct that unsafe work cease.
The course is intended to assist HSRs understand their roles and functions as to how the WHS legislation will influence health and safety outcomes in their workplace. The course aims to provide participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to fulfil their role as HSRs.
Drug & Alcohol Testing
This course covers the skills and knowledge required to confirm collection requirements, prepare individual and equipment and collect specimens via urine and/or oral and breath testing following the special procedures that apply for drugs of abuse testing.
Operate a Forklift – Advanced
This course will equip you with the skills and knowledge to safely operate a forklift truck in order to attain the relevant High Risk Work Licence. Electrical Test and Tag Course
This cluster of units covers the mandatory requirements of occupational health and safety, how to apply the various electro technology work functions and encompassing responsibilities for health and safety.
